My thoughts (FOR SURE CONTAINS SPOILERS! YOU WERE WARNED):
This should come as no surprise but ya did it again Iso! I was enjoying the game but I was sort of filling space with my stories and stuff (I do that every game don't worry) and was wondering where the actual horror was (except the relationship which was clearly on the rocks) and then bam! bit of a plot twist. Some may say they saw it coming but not me. I assumed the family left on their own accord legit ALL the way up until the door with the blood. That is why i reacted the way I did. The plot twist doesn't even end there. The eye in the soup through me for a loop as well as I wasn't expecting mc to be a cannibal! You guys had me fooled from the start haha! keep it up! and as always, if you drop a game and wish for it to be on the channel you need only ask. Your games will always have a home on my channel!
Once I got the game to work, I was able to properly play it. The story being told, the vague-ish way it's told, the subject matter, and all of the gameplay was very well done for such a small team! One heck of a story told in about 10 minutes of playtime!
Unfortunately the game is unplayable for me. When I load into the game, it acts like I'm holding down W and A, walking diagonally forward constantly. I don't have any controllers connected to my computer, but I do have a 3D mouse, which was disconnected and the software disabled before launching the game since that's known to cause problems. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get the game to behave. There's something on my computer that conflicts with games that use the default keyboard/controller Input Manager. In Unity 2022.3+ you can switch to Input System Package which doesn't collide with custom PC control hardware.
Hey! Thanks for letting us know. We are currently using the new Input System Package in our project, so thats a bit strange. I'm not sure what might be causing the issue, but I'll look into it and try to sort it out. If you've got any more details that might help, please share them to me! Thanks again!
Turns out I had an old USB driver for "HID-Compliant Game Controller" hanging out in my device manager. Uninstalled that and now the game runs just fine. Making a video soon!!
What I really liked about this game is that it allows you to immerse deep into the protagonist's world, without the usual gimmicks to create a certain horrific atmosphere. It's a walk down memory lane, and a reminder of times long gone. The build up is nice and plays out well. A big thumbs up!
I didn’t run into any bugs, hiccups or other snags. Kudos to all involved and thanks for making this awesome game.
I want to congratulate all those who created this game, the adventure is great, the sounds are great, the dialogues are excellent, the graphics are very good, I really liked your teamwork, I want the creators of this game to subscribe to my YouTube channel please, I need your support, greetings from Spain!!
